Catching up for 8th May 2018

Today the BZIM took its last flight of its epic adventure flying “Coast to Coast to Coast of the USA”.

Today’s flight, departing and returning to Linden New Jersey.

The flight along the Hudson river’s VFR special rules airspace, New York city and below many of the towering skyscrapers.

A forty minute walk from the hotel to Linden Airport was completed before sunrise at 5:40, but access to airport impossible until the FBO arrived at 6am.

Departure 45 minutes later, towards the coast and then north….
